Tj Toolkit

The Tj ToolKit has a variety of content including ready-to-use teaching guides to help with activities and to lead discussions with youth.

This ToolKit includes concrete tools, answer guides to frequently asked questions about mental health, sexuality, and love, as well as optional activities to encourage students who need it to seek out help. Our professional team regularly updates the ToolKit.

Tel-jeunes is a safe and confidential space for teenagers from Quebec, providing non-judgmental guidance and support. It's a free resource that helps teens navigate life's difficult questions and first-time experiences.

We offer helpful, friendly online services where users can chat with peers, explore themed content, and speak with a professional counselor. We believe that teenagers should be able to request help in their own unique way, which is why we also want to give the right tools to their support system. We offer help to the parents of teenagers, as well as tools and training for professional people in their daily life.

Our professional teams have worked closely with teenagers for over 30 years to make Quebec the best place for them to live.
