What does a Tel-jeunes Workshop Look Like?
Cent réponses, sans tabous - sexualité
An informative and interactive workshop that gives young people the opportunity to get answers to any questions they may have about sexuality, in a totally non-judgmental and taboo-free space.
The workshop allows youths to get a ton of information about their biggest concerns, debunks myths, and promotes a positive attitude towards sexuality.

Cent réponses, sans tabous - santé mentale
A workshop that debunks taboos regarding mental health and getting help. It’s an interactive workshop where young people can ask ALL their questions about mental health, without judgement. The Tel-jeunes instructor will offer answers that take into account a teens’ reality, equip them to care for themselves, help them recognize signs of distress, and help teens develop empathy and introspection. This workshop was designed in response to the increase and intensification of young peoples’ struggles since the beginning of the pandemic. It’s a great entry point to understanding how to get better and how to get help!

Cent réponses, sans tabous - relations et amour
An informative and interactive workshop that offers teenagers the opportunity to exchange and address any of their questions about relationships and love in a non-judgmental and taboo-free space. The workshop aims to dispel myths, engage in open discussions with young people, make them reflect, and provide them with important tools to experience healthy relationships (components, respect, trust, communication, challenges, breakups, heartache, conflict resolution, etc.), responding in a sensitive and tailored manner to their reality and needs.

Tel-jeunes Youth Introductory Presentation
Designed as a brief overview of Tel-jeunes and the services we offer, this presentation introduces our organization and reminds adolescents of the importance of taking care of their mental health. We go over a few of the most common obstacles that make it difficult for youth to ask for help. This presentation also helps to put TJ’s services into perspective and shows just how easy it is to access their team and resources. The goal is to remind young people that TJ is a safety net that can really help them during the most formative period of their lives; adolescence.
