On April 4th, we invite you to a very exclusive evening in Québec City, in the presence of our ambassador Marina Orsini and in partnership with the Club des Chefs des Chefs. This internationally renowned association brings together chefs from 29 countries around the world. For this second edition of the Exquisite Evening, presented by Metro, we are honored to welcome the Italian President's chef, Chef Fabrizio Boca.

At the helm of the Quirinal Palace’s five kitchens, one of the Italian President’s residences, Fabrizio Boca is a passionate and versatile chef, always seeking culinary concepts that are precise, innovative, and respectful of the inherent values of his profession.
With nearly 40 years of experience, on both the local and international stages, Chef Fabrizio Boca now leads a large team in a unique and demanding work environment. Proud of his Italian roots, Chef Fabrizio Boca is dedicated to elevating the profile of the local gastronomy while respecting its globally recognized culinary tradition.

Since 1977, the Club des Chefs des Chefs has been bringing together the Chefs of around 30 heads of state. Every year, they explore the gastronomy of a different country together during charitable dinners. These culinary maestros are considered ambassadors of gastro-diplomacy. Their slogan: “If politics divides the men, a good table always reunites them” — a phrase by Gilles Bragard, founder and secretary-general of the Club — perfectly illustrates the role of the Chefs des Chefs in global diplomacy.
